You are welcome to join us whatever you believe but it’s probably helpful for you to understand our beliefs.

We are a Christian Church. We believe in one God, Father Son and Holy Spirit, who is revealed supremely through Jesus. To know God means allowing Jesus to be Lord of our lives and trusting his death on the cross for our forgiveness.

The great work of the Holy Spirit is to bring people to faith in Jesus Christ and then to help them live with him as Lord,

We are a Conservative Evangelical Church. We believe that the Bible is God's word to us and so it has authority to teach us truth and to life with Jesus as Lord. We cannot understand God’s word without the Holy Spirit’s help, but with the Spirit’s help we seek to apply the Bible to every area of our individual and corporate lives and to share the good news with others.

We are an Anglican Church. We rejoice in the great truths that were rediscovered at the time of the Reformation.

God has rescued us from a judgement we deserve, through the death of his son. Our rescue comes only through faith in Jesus – nothing else is required for us to be friends with God. As a church family we have members from many different denominational backgrounds and it is this faith in Jesus that unites us, rather than any denominational label.
