Ministry Trainee Roles

We are always looking for Ministry Trainees to join us for one year (possibly extending to a second year).

This flexible position is ideal for someone considering the possibility of a full-time gospel worker-role in the future or wanting training to be a more effective member of a church family.

​

There are opportunities for focused involvement in one or two areas of church life including:

​

• Children’s ministry (1-11s), 

• Younger youth (11-14s) 

• Older youth (14-18s)

• Young adults

• Music Ministry

• Church service media team (sound/projection/camera/livestreaming)

• Marketing & social media

• Seniors

​

Within the Ministry Trainee role there are three main strands of work:

​

1. Getting real ministry experience

2. Providing administrative and practical support

3. Being trained (both formally and informally)​

All appointments are subject to an Enhanced DBS check (with barred list check), in line with the Church of England's Safer Recruitment practices.
